Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been mounted or installed will NO longer be eligible for return.
After 30 days of placing your order if you choose to cancel your order you will be subject to our restocking fee.

** ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE + BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.  THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.


To start a return, contact us at restlessoffroad@gmail.com or www.instagram.com/restlessoffroad. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clearance items are strictly final sale and non-refundable for any reason or at any time. No exceptions.

These items consist metal parts that are the last in stock in our inventory. Should there be any blemishes, we do our best to detail the minor defects of each product in the product description. Most items have signs of normal wear and tear or slight chipping. None of the Clearance items have severe damage and we would never sell items that would hinder the performance of your vehicle or put your safety in jeopardy.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We always recommend contacting UPS to start a shipping claim. Minor cosmetic and/or paint blemishes, does not affect the performance of the part, will not be approved for any exchange or refund at any time.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We typically see refunds process in 2-3 business days. 

For payments that were canceled within 1 day from ordering, the original charge may disappear since the payment was only authorized and not fully captured. In this case, a refund credit would not be required as the original charge was void.
